OFFICIAL! Al Hilal Unveil Neymar [Video]

Saudi giants Al Hilal have completed the signing of Neymar from PSG as they officially unveil the player as their new signing, MySportDab reports.

Neymar is joining Al Hilal on a two year contract till 2025 with no extension clause attached to the deal.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Neymar’s fixed salary with the Saudi giants is $300m while bonuses will see the salary rise to as much as $400m.

The former Barcelona winger is joining Al Hilal after being told he is not part of the PSG project and was axed off the club’s starting lineup in their opening French Ligue clash against Lorient.

MySportDab understand Neymar did not ask to leave PSG as previously reported by some outlets.

The Barcelona legend was reportedly ready to see through his two year contract with the club and was part of the club’s preseason tour in Japan.

However, after he was informed he is not part of the club, his representatives agreed with PSG for an exit solution between the club and Neymar.

Interests in Neymar were reported among some big clubs in Europe with Premier League clubs interested in a move for the player.

Chelsea were linked with a move for Neymar, including Manchester United.

Barcelona were also interested in a loan move for Neymar as they made attempts to have the former player back at Camp Nou.

Amid an array of interests on the 33-year-old, Al Hilal were leading the race to sign Neymar as they have reportedly agreed terms with the player.

Now, the Saudi giants have completed a move for the player as the deadly winger becomes the latest high-profile player that have joined the Saudi Pro League this summer.
