Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag did not keep it cool on his players after Manchester United crashed like a pack of cards in front of their home fans in Champions League last night, MySportDab reports.

Another surreal performance by the Premier League giants saw the the Red Devils gift away their lead twice in the game before Galatasaray finally completed the dramatic turnaround after coming from behind twice.

Rasmus Hojlund continued to shine for Manchester United despite the cringe performance by the team as he scored the two goals that saw the Premier League giants lead twice in the game before former Manchester United player and summer departure from Crystal Palace, Wilfried Zaha equalize for the away side.

At the back, Manchester United defense was sliced open easily by Galatasaray attack with Mauri Icardi being a constant threat.

Andre Onana also complicated issues for Manchester United late in the game after his poor back pass to Casemiro was intercepted by Dries Mertens.

Casemiro then attempted to stop Dries Mertens but ended up fouling him in the penalty box with a bad tackle.

Galatasaray were awarded a spotkick while Casemiro bagged his second yellow card and was sent off.

Mauro Icardi missed the spotkick blowing it away but he later scored from an open play late in the game to win it for Galatasaray.

It was a nightmare defeat for Manchester United as Galatasaray had never won a game on English soil for 177 years.

Reacting to the defeat in a post-match interview, Erik ten Hag seemed to heap blame on Man United players, including the blunder by Man United gaolkeeper, Andre Onana for the defeat.

Here is what he said:

“It was not a good performance by the players. I think I have to talk to the players. I need to talk to Andre of course. He has a potential to become a very good goalkeeper.”

Manchester United have now suffered two straight home defeats and have lost six matches in their first 9 starts to the season.

ten Hag will be obviously coming under intense pressure to reverse the winless run or be shown the exit door.
