David de Gea could join the long list of European footballers who are plying their trade in MLS, MySportDab reports.

The Manchester United legend is now a top target for Inter Miami as per Daily Star.

Inter Miami co-owner and fellow club legend David Beckham is reportedly interested in a deal with de Gea.

Beckham wants to add the 33-year-old to the growing list of elite footballers that he has poached to the MLS side since he became the club’s owner.

Beckham snapped three biggest names in European football in the summer to turn around the fortunes of Inter Miami.

He signed a trio of Barcelona legends – Sergio Busquets, Jordin Alba, and record Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi.

Daily Star reports Beckham considers David de Gea key to his Inter Miami plan and evolution and will throw all his weight to sign the fellow club legend.

David de Gea is still without a club four months after Manchester United released him from the club following the expiration of his contract.

He has been linked to a return to Manchester United on a short-term deal as the club braces for the exit of Andre Onana for 2023 AFCON in January.

De Gea has also been linked to a move to two Spanish clubs Valencia and Real Betis.

He recently turned down a lucrative offer from Al Nassr, rejecting a possible reunion with fellow Man United legend Cristiano Ronaldo.

It is still unclear whether he will agree terms with Inter Miami and move to the club or will still wait on European offers to continue his career in Europe.

A move to Inter Miami could see him reunite with Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba – his former teammates in Spain national team.
