Marc Allister has opened his Liverpool goal account with an outstanding strike at Anfield, MySportDab reports.

After joining Liverpool from Brighton, the Argentina midfielder has had enough game time under Klopp but was yet to opened his goal account for the Reds.

Against Fulham, Marc Allister pulled off a sensational goal from outside the box to have Liverpool retake the lead.

Alexander-Arnold has given Liverpool the lead in the 20th minute but Fulham fought back to equalise through Wilson four minutes later.

12 minutes after Wilson’s strike, Marc Allister came up clutch for the Reds. The former Brighton midfielder scored a sensational thunderbolt from 25 yards out to give Liverpool the lead again.

It was a brilliant and sensational goal by the 2022 World Cup winner. Receiving a pass in Brighton’s half, Allister gave Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno absolutely no chance as he curled a thunderbolt strike into the top-right corner.

It was a wonder of a goal which sent social media buzzing with reactions.

A Liverpool fan wrote, “what a goal.”

Another fan added, “this is incredible!”

Another said, “this is absolutely goal of the season contender.”

It was Marc Allister’s first goal for Liverpool and what a way to open his goal account for the Merseyside club.

Liverpool will hope to defeat Fulham and stay in the race to win the Premier League.

Arsenal extended the lead at the top to four points after a win over Wolves on Saturday but a win by Liverpool and Manchester City could reverse the gap at the top to just a point.

Fulham, on the other hand, are looking for an epic win over Liverpool at Anfield.
