Plans are already in place to get a new football director immediately as they have a target in Dan Ashworth who is under Newcastle United.

Those at Manchester United believes is the right choice for the job despite knowing it won’t be an easy one to make happen.

They are looking to ensure they make it happen by all means as the only option remain with Dan Ashworth turning down the approach.

According to reports reaching us from Transfer News Live, they confirmed the decision which is expected to take place as soon as possible for Manchester United.

Here Is What Was Said:

“Manchester United have identified Dan Ashworth as their No 1 target to become the club’s new sporting director.

“No agreement has been reached yet and any move for him will not be straightforward, given he is at Newcastle.

Meanwhile Newcastle United are already growing worried with the whole situation as they could be losing their football director.

The approach has not yet happened but the news is already out on who Manchester United need as the new man running things.

There is no other name on their list for now and an approach is expected as soon as they have the green light to make the move.

There are so much expected to happen at Manchester United which include working on some new signing to the team which is another priority.

Dan Ashworth remain the focus for now and they will do anything to lure him to Old Trafford where they want him to takeover affairs at the club under a new era.
