Jurgen Klopp Breaks Silence on Mohamed Salah FALLOUT

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has addressed his fallout with his player Mohamed Salah during Liverpool’s 2-2 draw against West Ham United, MySportDab reports.

In another disappointing outing at London Stadium, Liverpool stumbled on the Premier League title race again as they settled for a 2-2 draw with the Hammers.

Jarrod Bowen had put the home side ahead in the first half before Robertson scored the equaliser early in the second half.

An own goal by West Ham goalkeeper Alphonse Areoles flipped the game in Liverpool’s favor with the Reds suddenly leading 2-1.

However, the lead was shortlived a few minutes before regulation time when Michael Antonio nodded home an equaliser to force the visitors to a draw.

Two minutes after Jarrod Bowen’s goal, tempers flared between Jurgen Klopp and Mohamed Salah on the touchlines.

Salah, who was benched in the game, was preparing to come on for Luis Diaz when Jurgen Klopp walked up to him and had a furious verbal exchange with the player.

Reacting to Klopp’s outburst, Salah lost his nerves and lashed out at the manager, gesticulating aggressively with his hands on his direction.

The verbal fallout nearly descended into a full-blown clash before Darwin Nunez intervened and separated the duo with Salah honoring his 11-minute shift as he went on for Diaz.

After the game, Salah walked straight into the tunnel apparently still fuming on the incident.

Jurgen Klopp was grilled in post post-match press conference about the fallout. Trying to keep things under wraps, the former Borussia Dortmund boss said they have sorted out themselves in the dressing room after the game.

According to him, he spoke with Salah about the incident and they have settled it.

“No. We spoke already in the dressing room, for me that’s done,” he said on TNT when asked what he told the Egyptian forward.

It is still unclear what the two parties said to each other in the bust-up but Jamie Carragher had suggested Klopp must have gone angry on Salah for delaying to come on when he was about to be subbed on.

It was the second time Klopp had dropped Salah in three consecutive matches following the player’s dip in form amidst the club’s recent slack in performance
