It was another Cristiano Ronaldo show as Al-Nassr romped to a 6-0 victory over Al Wheda in the Saudi Pro League on Saturday, MySportDab reports.

The Manchester United and Real Madrid legend opened the scoring for Al-Nassr in the 5th minute, no thanks to a poor clearance by Al Wheda goalkeeper.

In the 12th minute, the Portuguese iconic footballer scored again to bag his brace and move Al-Nassr close to victory, thanks to a cross by Brozovic.

Four minutes after his second, Otavio was on target for the knights of Najd, scoring their third goal to set the hosts en route to a big league victory.

Al Wheda seemed to have apparently closed the loopholes in their defence after conceding three in less than 20 minutes in the first half of the game but could do little to restore comeback hopes.

At the stroke of halftime, the visitors backline was broken again as Sadio Mane registered his name on the score sheet to make it a thumping 4-0 victory at the break.

In the second half, Cristiano Ronaldo came latched on an assist from Sadio Mane, score his third goal and secure his hat-trick.

The rampant Luis Castro-led side could not be held back again. Two minutes before the regulation time, Al Fatil made it 6-0 to wrap up the win.

Cristiano Ronaldo heralded another career milestone in the victory. It was a perfect hat-trick for the Portuguese, who scored with his leg, right-foot, and left foot in the game.

According to ESPN, Ronaldo has now taken his goal tally this season for Al-Nassr to 45 – his second-highest number of goals for a club in a single season, since he scored 51 goals for Real Madrid in the 2015/16 season.

Overall, it was his 66th career hat-trick, and third hat-trick in 7 games for Al-Nassr. The goal tally has also seen the Portuguese edge close to breaking the all-time highest goal tally in the Saudi Pro League which was set by Abderrazak Hamdallah, who scored 34 goals in the 2018/19 season.

With four games left to the end of the season, Ronaldo has tallied 32 Saudi Pro League goals for Al-Nassr, leaving him just two goals away from matching Abderrazak Hamdallah’s record and possibly breaking it.

The footballing genius will hope to continue on his prolific form as Al-Nassr prepare for the final four matches of the season.
