Enzo Maresca have come out to defend Robert Sanchez over his performance against Liverpool on Sunday, MySportDab reports.
Chelsea suffered a defeat in the game against Liverpool which saw some errors being committed by the Blues defender.
Enzo Maresca have come in defense of Robert Sanchez who he feels had his part to play in the match yesterday.
It was a massive clash at Anfield which lived up to expectations despite the result which didn’t go the way of Chelsea.
Their performance at some point gave them a fighting chance and showed they can hold their own against the big team’s.
However many couldn’t look past some errors which were committed by Robert Sanchez who conceded a goal that could have been stopped.
Enzo Maresca came out to defend the goalkeeper as he said he is pleased with his performance despite the errors.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the comments which came from the Chelsea boss after the game.

Chelsea will hope to bounce back during the week before heading to another Premier League weekend which they face Newcastle United.
