Cameron Lee Brink, a native of Princeton, New Jersey, was born on December 31, 2001.

Her father”s name is Greg Brink. He works with Nike alongside his wife whom they both hold high level in society.

Her mother’s name is Michelle Bain-Brink. Cameron Brink have a sibling brother who is called Cy.

Because both of Brink’s parents worked for Nike, the family resided in Amsterdam from when she was eight years old until she began sixth grade.

Then, they moved back to the United States. Although she was more interested in art and volleyball when she was younger.

She picked up basketball while attending a camp in Charlotte, North Carolina, that her godfather, Dell Curry, ran when the Brink family was visiting.

Even after moving to Oregon with her family, Cameron continued her basketball career, becoming the school’s youngest player and joining a local club.

Brink averaged 12.5 points per game; from her sophomore year, she averaged 17.1 points per game; and from her junior year, she averaged 21.3 points per game.

After her sophomore and junior years, Cameron was awarded the Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year, and the team won the Class 6A state championship in 2017 and 2018.

She was selected Oregon’s Player of the Year by “USA Today” as a junior. While a senior at Mountainside High School, Brink averaged 19.7 points per game after transferring.

The McDonald’s All-American Game and the Jordan Brand Classic, in which she was scheduled to participate, were postponed due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

While at Southridge, she was a standout volleyball player; as a sophomore, her team won the state championship—a first for the school.

After being rated as a five-star recruit, Cameron committed to Stanford, her “dream school,” in November 2018.

As a freshman at Stanford, Brink scored 9.9 points per game on average.

Cameron earned a spot on the All-Tournament squad after the Pac-12 tournament victory.

In 2021, Stanford also won the NCAA title. In addition to earning honourable mention status in the Pac-12, Brink was named to the conference’s all-freshman team.

Rookie Cameron achieved Stanford’s record for a single season with 88 blocks.

Brink was selected to the All-Tournament team during her sophomore year as Stanford repeated as Pac-12 champions.

She broke her record for most blocks in a season with 91 and averaged 13.5 points per game.

In addition to being chosen to the All-Defensive Team and the All-Pac-12 Team, Cameron was also voted Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year.

She is a member of the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) All-America squad, she was also picked to the third team by the Associated Press (AP) and the United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA).

In the 2022 and ’23 NCAA tournaments, Stanford reached the Final Four and the second round, respectively.

In February 2023, Brink passed his classmates and became the school’s all-time leading blocker.

With 118 blocks, Cameron shattered her record and finished third in Division I for blocks per game.

The game versus Duke in November 2023 was Brink’s career-high scoring performance with 29 points.

On February 29, 2024, she set a new record with 24 rebounds. All-Pac-12 and Pac-12 All-Defensive Team selections were among her many accolades.

She was also voted Pac-12 Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year. In 2024, on March 12, she entered the WNBA Draft.

Cameron was selected in the first round of the 2024 WNBA Draft, the second overall choice.

She debuted for the Los Angeles Sparks on May 4th during the 2024 pre-May 4. In her first professional game, she scored eleven points.
