Eddie Nketiah Signs New Contract With Arsenal! (Details)

Arsenal forward Eddie Nketiah has just signed a new contract with the Gunners, MySportDab reports.

The London-born started his football career through Arsenal and Chelsea football academies.

Nketiah was released by the Blues in 2015, where he joined Arsenal playing on the Youth team of the London-based club.

The youngster proved his worth for the Gunners youth team, netting 15 goals in 16 appearances for the club.

He also scored 12 goals in 26 appearances for the Arsenal U-23 side.

Nketiah made his first Arsenal debut under former and longest-serving Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger.

He featured for the Gunners in their Europa League fixture against Bate Borisov In 2017.

He was featured as a substitute for Joe Willock in a game in which the Gunners won 4-2.

He was loaned to Leeds, where he scored several goals before his return to Arsenal.

Nketiah’s signing of a new contract with the Gunners could be linked to Mikel Arteta’s move to bolster his attacking line-up for next.

The Gunners ha e just announced the signing of Fabio Vieira from the Portuguese giants Benfica.

Mike Arteta is also interested in landing Manchester City and Brazilian star Gabriel Jesus.

They are also on the trail of three other top targets as they prepare for the Premier League campaign next season.

Last season, the Gunners narrowly lost the Champions League sport to Tottenham.

The Gunners lost 3-0 in a match which proved to be a tie-breaker in the challenge between Antonio Conte and Mikel Arteta.

As of the time of filing this report, details of Nketiah’s contract renewal is yet to be unveiled.
